How it Works

ClearCorrect™ treatment involves wearing a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called aligners. These aligners are nearly invisible, which means hardly anyone will know you are straightening your teeth. Doctors Schor, Rhode and Mesina are part of a select group of dentists who have received certification in theClearCorrect™ technology. ClearCorrect™ at our Lawrenceville dental practice combines the doctor’s diagnosis and treatment plan with 3-D computer graphics to move your teeth gradually week-by-week until your final aesthetic result is achieved.

After initial impressions of your teeth are taken, a series of clear plastic aligners are created that are custom-designed for your needs. After wearing each set of aligners for about two weeks, you will go to the next set, leading to the gradual straightening of your teeth over a period of about one year.

The aligners are removable for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing, and are significantly less discomforting (and more aesthetically pleasing) than traditional metal braces.
